Renren Giantly Philippines Inc. is seeking a Team Lead – Lofty Front to drive the day-to-day execution, performance, and development of the Lofty Front SDR team.

The role translates sales objectives into frontline activity, qualified demo generation, and disciplined lead management with strong post-handoff follow-up. The Team Lead is accountable for team results, coaches SDRs, and ensures compliant, timely outreach while maintaining CRM discipline and clear next steps.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development or related customer-facing sales roles.
• Prior team leadership or coaching experience.
• Strong understanding of discovery, qualification, objection handling, and handoffs to sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's qualified demo generation results and monitor performance against targets.
• Ensure daily outbound dial targets are met (100 dials; up to 120 after dialer rollout).
• Monitor activity volume and demo quality; ensure proper handoff to US AE team.
• Review call outcomes, trends, and pipeline gaps; identify root causes and take action.
• Conduct regular call reviews, coaching, and performance discussions.
