Hire Overseas is seeking a Sales Quality and Coaching Manager to own the QA for our SDRs. This hands-on role reviews calls and emails against a scorecard, coaches reps to improve, and tracks activity and results against targets.

You’ll work remotely, with US business hours, and partner directly with the founders of a fast-growing offshore staffing firm. Expect autonomy to shape QA processes, coaching playbooks, and performance metrics.

Competenze

• Experience as SDR manager or coach in high-volume outbound sales.
• Ability to provide direct, actionable feedback.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools.

Mansioni

• Review calls and emails against a defined QA scorecard.
• Score consistently, document findings, and track quality trends.
• Refine QA scorecard, call framework, and messaging standards with the client.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and live trainings on messaging and objection handling.
• Onboard new SDRs to client playbook, product positioning, and tech stack.
