Job summary

SimCorp Manila is seeking a PMO Analyst and Data Analyst to support global client engagements. You will collaborate with SDMs, prepare reports, and manage scheduling and budgets as part of the Global PMO.

The role requires at least 3 years in IT projects or PMO, strong Excel and BI tooling experience, and clear communication across APAC/NA/EMEA regions. Hybrid work in Manila.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ work experience in IT projects or as a PMO/PM.
• Proficient in reporting, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Strong MS Excel skills and English fluency.
• Ability to collaborate across APAC/NA/EMEA regions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate client service reports and materials.
• Run recurring reporting cycles: clarify requirements, gather inputs, track deadlines.
• Analyze operational data to provide performance insights and flag risks.
• Support governance meetings with documents and action tracking.
• Create dashboards and standardized reporting templates across clients and regions.
• Handle financial tracking, budget drawdown and invoicing inputs for engagements.

At SimCorp, we support major financial institutions in optimizing their investments, accounting, and operations through IT systems, processes, and financial expertise. The PMO Analyst and Data Analyst role is crucial for aiding ongoing client engagements to meet their business objectives. As a PMO Analyst, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project deliveries, accurate reporting, and effective communication. You will be part of a global team of PMO professionals who will assist you in transitioning into the role and developing your career within the PMO/SDM/PM path. The Global PMO team operates in Warsaw, Manila, Toronto, San Francisco, Mexico City, Riyadh and Copenhagen.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Partner closely with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to prepare accurate, timely client service reports and review‑meeting materials for clients in production.
• Run the recurring reporting cycle: clarify requirements, gather and validate inputs, track deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data to give SDMs clear visibility into service performance, SLA risks, aging cases, and trends, flagging data gaps and overdue items early.
• Support SDM and operational governance meetings by preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking agreed actions through to closure.
• Create and maintain process guides, dashboards, standardized reporting templates, and action trackers, continuously improving them across clients and regions.
• Handle financial and resource administration for service engagements, including budget drawdown and hours tracking in client reports, monthly reconciliations, invoicing inputs, forecasting, and resource updates.
• Provide ad‑hoc operational and reporting support to SDMs and client engagements through the Global PMO ticket system.

• Experience with PPM tools as Monday.com, Workday, Salesforce, Power BI and Azure DevOps
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
