Job summary

Lancesoft APAC in the Philippines is seeking a Scrum Master to support agile practices and serve as a servant leader for the Product Team. You will coach in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, ensuring adherence to agile processes while removing impediments to deliver value.

The role emphasizes fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-performing team dynamics across stakeholders to achieve predictable delivery.

Qualifications

• Facilitate and champion the agile methodology by coaching and mentoring development teams and promoting the use of standards and best practices.
• Coach the team to improve collaboration and self-management, promoting healthy interactions both within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Facilitate the identification and removal of impediments to the team's progress and focus on eliminating waste and delays.
• As a servant leader, promote adoption of an agile mindset through teaching, mentoring, and coaching.
• Ensure the team is utilizing Scrum/SAFe ceremonies effectively to maximize value delivery and facilitates Scrum ceremonies.
• Represent the team at broader planning and coordination sessions (e.g., Scrum of Scrums).
• Actively participate in learning opportunities such as communities of practice or conferences to improve skills and better support the team.
• Contribute to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization.
