Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to guide an Agile team in Manila, fostering a servant-leader culture, removing impediments, and ensuring steady delivery through Scrum ceremonies.

You will partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog, coach the team, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Scrum Master managing Scrum teams.
• 2+ years project management experience with medium to complex projects.
• Proficiency in Jira and other Agile project management tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Experience coaching teams on Agile methodologies.
• Ability to foster continuous improvement and self-management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report team performance metrics.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or PMP is a plus.
