Job summary

Questronix Corporation is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams in Manila. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach the team on Scrum practices, and help remove impediments to ensure on-time, high-quality software releases.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, QA, and DevOps, guiding stakeholders through risks and dependencies while promoting continuous process improvements across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Agile project delivery, Scrum Master, PM, or software environments.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles, ceremonies, backlog management and sprint planning.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams with PO, Analysts, Developers, QA, DevOps.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, impediments, scope changes, delivery issues.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, organization, and stakeholder mgmt.
• Certification in Scrum Master or Agile is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Support the team in applying Agile principles, practices, and delivery standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor sprint progress, delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, and impediments, and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment.
• Promote continuous improvement through team retrospectives, process optimization, and effective collaboration.
• Prepare and communicate project status, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and milestones to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum Master, Project Management, or software development environments.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum principles, ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and coordinating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks, dependencies, impediments, scope changes, and delivery issues.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification is an advantage.
