Job summary

TELUS Digital in Metro Manila is seeking a creative, energetic Scrum Master to guide cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment. You will shield the team from distractions, facilitate ceremonies, and drive delivery flow toward strategic outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product Owners to refine user stories, track timelines and metrics, and ensure productive teamwork across digital and organizational teams. Jira and Confluence administration is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master in Scrum, Kanban and ScrumBan environments.
• Experience in complex, multi-project, multi-team settings.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, planning, scrum of scrums).
• Identify and remove team impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Promote team cohesion and report on team health to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine user stories.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and problem-solving across teams.
• Record and monitor timelines, metrics, and delivery flow.
• Configure, manage, and maintain Jira and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and facilitate key agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, product demos, retrospectives, planning, and scrum of scrums
• Identify, troubleshoot, and remove team impediments and roadblocks, shielding the team from distractions to ensure smooth delivery
• Drive team environment and culture by promoting team cohesion, conducting 1:1s, organizing team-building activities, and reporting on team health to leadership
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine user stories
• Facilitate cross-functional discussion, conflict resolution, and problem-solving sessions across digital and organizational teams
• Record, track, and monitor timelines, performance metrics, and overall team delivery flow to optimize productivity and output
• Configure, manage, and maintain team tools and platforms, including Jira and Confluence
