Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across cross-functional teams in Metro Manila.

You will facilitate all agile ceremonies, coach teams on agile practices, and drive continuous improvement to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs. The role requires 3+ years in similar agile roles, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative, servant-leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Eng, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, Agile Project Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, ceremonies, and practices.
• Proven experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experience coaching teams, servant leadership, impediment removal, and conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of velocity, sprint commitments, capacity planning, and DoD.
• Experience working with Product Owners, developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create a collaborative, accountable, and psychologically safe team environment.
• Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies to ensure effective execution.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and ways of working.

• Monitor commitments and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Practices

• Facilitate and ensure effective execution of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and ways of working.

• Assess and improve the team's Agile/Scrum maturity and help the squad progress toward higher levels of maturity.

• Support teams in becoming self-organizing, accountable, and collaborative.

• Help teams understand their velocity, capacity, sprint commitments, and delivery timelines.

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, supporting the team in achieving its goals.

• Build a safe and collaborative environment where team members can raise issues, identify problems, and work toward solutions.

• Encourage continuous learning, collaboration, accountability, and a positive team culture.

• Coach team members and help improve their Agile practices and delivery effectiveness.

• Support the team in maintaining recognized quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Impediment & Delivery Management

• Identify, track, and help remove blockers and impediments affecting sprint or iteration delivery.

• Facilitate escalation and resolution of issues that may impact committed timelines.

• Work closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and other teams to address dependencies and delivery concerns.

• Monitor team commitments and help ensure work is delivered within agreed timelines.

• Facilitate discussions and coordination required to keep Agile delivery on track.

Continuous Improvement

• Facilitate regular retrospectives and help teams identify actionable improvements.

• Encourage continuous improvement of team processes, collaboration, productivity, and delivery practices.

• Help establish consistent Agile practices across the squad while adapting the approach based on team maturity and needs.

Qualifications
