Job summary

GTA Telecom de México is seeking a Senior Scrum Master/Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation across distributed teams in an enterprise-scale environment. The role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and removing impediments while driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience, strong facilitation skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience facilitating development teams and Agile ceremonies
• Coaching & mentoring of teams and individuals
• Proven ability to remove impediments and resolve conflicts
• Experience driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity
• Strong coordination with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders
• Servant-leader mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience using metrics to track team performance and improvement
• Background working on enterprise-scale projects
• Experience with distributed, offshore, or multicultural teams

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile transformation across distributed teams in an enterprise environment
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coaching sessions to improve team performance
• Mentor teams and individuals to grow Agile maturity
• Identify and remove impediments to enable delivery
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align roadmaps
• Track and analyze metrics to monitor progress and outcomes
• Support offshore teams and multicultural collaboration
