Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide software delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will champion Agile practices, protect the team, and facilitate ceremonies to help teams self-organize and deliver value.

The role requires hands-on coaching, strong communication, and the ability to align Product Owners with a well-prioritized backlog while tracking progress and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Proven experience working with Agile teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Remove obstacles and shield the team from external interruptions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
• Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and company standards.
• Support cross-functional coordination and communication.

CSM/PSM certified

Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe)
