Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for large-scale enterprise projects and integrations. You will support guest-facing onboarding and pre-boarding initiatives while coaching teams on Agile best practices.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and coordinate across business, IT, development, and vendor teams, partnering with groups using .NET, SQL, AWS RDS, and Kafka to drive accountability and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading full lifecycle delivery and integrations as a Scrum Master.
• Experience supporting Product, Loyalty, Application Development, Software, or Systems teams.
• Strong Agile coaching with proven ability to improve team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery for enterprise projects and integrations.

Job description

• 6+ years as a Scrum Master leading full lifecycle project delivery and integrations
• Experience supporting Product, Loyalty, Application Development, Software, or Systems teams
• Strong Agile coaching background with a proven ability to improve team performance
• Enterprise-level experience
• Experience working alongside development teams utilizing .NET, SQL, AWS RDS, and Kafka
• Kafka experience is a key requirement
• Experience managing vendors and driving accountability across multiple teams
• Excellent communication and executive-facing skills
• Engaging, confident personality with the ability to influence and drive projects forward
• Technical enough to effectively communicate with developers and understand system integrations, without being a hands-on engineer
