Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for large-scale enterprise projects and integrations. You will support guest-facing onboarding and pre-boarding initiatives while coaching teams on Agile best practices.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and coordinate across business, IT, development, and vendor teams, partnering with groups using .NET, SQL, AWS RDS, and Kafka to drive accountability and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading full lifecycle delivery and integrations as a Scrum Master.
• Experience supporting Product, Loyalty, Application Development, Software, or Systems teams.
• Strong Agile coaching with proven ability to improve team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery for enterprise projects and integrations.
• Support guest-facing onboarding and pre-boarding initiatives.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove roadblocks.
• Coordinate across business, IT, development, and vendor teams.
• Partner with teams working in .NET, SQL, AWS RDS, and Kafka environments.
• Drive accountability, manage risks, and keep projects on track.
• Communicate status and priorities to leadership and executives.
