Share Pro Inc. seeks a strategic procurement leader to drive category strategy, bulk bidding, supplier performance, and cost intelligence across projects.
You will collaborate with Business Units, Technical Planning, Project Management, Construction Management, and other stakeholders to consolidate demand, optimize specifications, and achieve cost savings, supply continuity, and timely project awards.
The role is responsible for leading strategic procurement and category management activities across assigned spend categories, with a strong focus on category strategy development, end-to-end bulk bidding, supplier performance, cost intelligence, risk mitigation, contract governance, and process improvement. The position works closely with Business Units, Technical Planning, Project Management, Construction Management, and other cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate demand, develop sourcing strategies, optimize specifications, strengthen supplier competition, and deliver cost savings, supply continuity, quality compliance, and timely project awards. The role also provides market and commodity insights, develops supplier and procurement performance measures, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Category Strategy, Spend Analysis and Cost Intelligence (30%)
Develop annual and multi-year category strategies aligned with project requirements, procurement
plans, budgets, and business priorities.
Analyze procurement spend, demand forecasts, historical purchases, and project pipelines to identify
consolidation, standardization, and savings opportunities.
Conduct market research and supplier capability assessments to identify and qualify new and alternative
suppliers.
Monitor commodity prices, foreign exchange movements, industry trends, geopolitical developments,
and supplier market conditions.
Maintain historical price databases and conduct cost benchmarking against previous awards, market
indices, supplier quotations, and industry data.
Prepare cost intelligence reports, sourcing recommendations, risk heatmaps, and procurement timing
strategies to support management decision-making.
End-to-End Strategic Sourcing, Bulk Bidding and Contract Management (40%)
Lead the complete sourcing and bulk-bidding process, including requirements validation, supplier
shortlisting, bid document preparation, RFP issuance, bid evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, and
award.
Coordinate with Business Units, Technical Planning, Project Management, Construction Management, and
other stakeholders to align specifications, bill of quantities, evaluation criteria, budgets, and project
timelines.
Consolidate requirements across projects and develop appropriate bundling, lotting, framework agreement,
and award strategies to improve purchasing leverage and supplier competition.
Facilitate commercial and technical evaluations and ensure that award recommendations are complete,
accurate, competitive, and properly documented.
Challenge specifications and commercial requirements to identify value-engineering, cost optimization, and
competition-enhancement opportunities without compromising quality.
Ensure completeness and alignment of letters of award, supply agreements, purchase orders, annexes, work
breakdown structures, specifications, and other contract documents.
Monitor procurement cycle times, contract compliance, supplier obligations, approval requirements, and
audit documentation.
Identify supply, commercial, financial, operational, and contractual risks and implement appropriate
mitigation measures, including alternative sourcing, dual sourcing, buffer planning, and contractual
safeguards.
Supplier Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Process Improvement (30%)
Manage relationships with strategic and critical suppliers throughout the sourcing, award, delivery, and postaward
stages.
Establish, monitor, and report supplier performance indicators covering delivery, quality, service, claims,
responsiveness, and contractual compliance.
Conduct supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions and structured improvement plans
for recurring issues.
Resolve supplier, technical, commercial, delivery, and contractual concerns in coordination with internal
stakeholders.
Maintain a qualified, competitive, and regionally capable supplier pool for assigned categories.
Build effective working relationships with Business Units, Technical Planning, Project Management, Finance,
Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
Communicate procurement status, risks, issues, and recommendations and proactively manage stakeholder
expectations.
Review procurement workflows and identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, manual work, duplication,
errors, and rework.
Develop and implement standardized templates, trackers, dashboards, evaluation tools, automation
solutions, and process guidelines.
Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives through procurement cycle time, compliance, savings,
supplier performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Can make effective presentations, Can read and understand complex text/plans, Can work with deadlines and complete work in a timely manner
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any equivalent
