Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clear operational dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets to track inventory levels, delivery statuses, and SCM metrics.
• Clean, organize, and manage daily data feeds (inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse stock, vendor performance, purchase logs).
• Assist the SCM team on-site to record stock movements and cross-check physical inventory against system reports.
• Use functions, pivot tables, and visual charts to highlight logistics trends, delays, and inventory bottlenecks.
• Support day-to-day digital document processing, vendor logs, and general supply chain site operations.

About the role

We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management (SCM) Intern to join our team on-site in Cawit / Talisayan, Zamboanga City. In this role, you won't just be entering data—you will help us digitize our operations. You will spend time working in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, building clean reports, creating visual dashboards, and organizing daily site logistics data into actionable visual insights for management.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain clear operational dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets to track inventory levels, delivery statuses, and SCM metrics.

• Clean, organize, and manage daily data feeds (inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse stock, vendor performance, purchase logs).

• Assist the SCM team on-site to record stock movements and cross-check physical inventory against system reports.

• Use functions, pivot tables, and visual charts to highlight logistics trends, delays, and inventory bottlenecks.

• Support day-to-day digital document processing, vendor logs, and general supply chain site operations.

About you

• Must be able to report on-site to our facility in Cawit / Talisayan, Zamboanga City.

• Strong skill level in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including creating dashboards and charts (bar graphs, trend lines, KPIs).

• Comfortable working with formulas (e.g., SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, COUNTIF).

• Able to utilize Pivot Tables and data filtering/sorting.

• Fast learner with digital tools, inventory software, or database platforms.

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• High accuracy in numerical data entry and data cleaning.

• Ability to explain spreadsheet findings to team members in Visaya, Chavacano, Tagalog, and/or English.
