Job Description

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator in the Philippines to support cross-functional projects and ensure smooth execution across the supply chain lifecycle. This role involves managing timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications, while supporting operations, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in data management and reporting, and excels at fostering collaboration to drive efficiency and performance across supply chain and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Project Tracking & Execution

• Track project milestones, timelines, and task ownership using project management tools and ERP systems
• Monitor purchasing, vendor, and logistics schedules; proactively identify delays, risks, or blockers
• Support creation and maintenance of supply chain documents, PO trackers, and operational references
• Collaborate with internal and overseas teams to ensure timely updates for production, PO placement, and shipments
• Coordinate meetings and maintain accountability across SCM departments

Documentation & Data Management

• Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and process documentation to support continuous improvement
• Organize shared folders, knowledge bases, and essential documents for efficient operations
• Coordinate with China-based teams to collect, validate, and maintain vendor information, production updates, compliance files, and PO documentation

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and maintain weekly reports, dashboards, and cross-functional status updates
• Document and distribute meeting notes, decisions, and action items
• Consolidate vendor updates into clear summaries for stakeholders

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Develop standardized templates for reporting and operational documentation
• Assist with audits, data validation, and process improvements
• Identify opportunities to streamline SCM processes, enhance communication, and improve overall operational efficiency
• Maintain regular attendance as required by the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, supply chain, or vendor management; consumer electronics experience is a plus
• Skilled in tracking project milestones, timelines, and task ownership, and maintaining SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and operational documentation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to turn data into actionable insights
• Proficient in ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and project management tools like Asana or MS Project
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data consolidation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
