Qualifications

• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with dashboards and charts.
• Experience with formulas like SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Fast learner with digital tools and inventory systems.
• Pursuing or recent graduate in SCM/Logistics/Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clear operational dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets to track inventory levels, delivery statuses, and SCM metrics.
• Clean, organize, and manage daily data feeds (inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse stock, vendor performance, purchase logs).
• Assist the SCM team on-site to record stock movements and cross-check physical inventory against system reports.
• Use functions, pivot tables, and visual charts to highlight logistics trends, delays, and inventory bottlenecks.
• Support day-to-day digital document processing, vendor logs, and general supply chain site operations.
