What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, Operations, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in process optimization, capacity planning, production systems, or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP, MES, data analytics, or manufacturing systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving manufacturing environment.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive operational improvements.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Legal right to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Analyze production data, process performance, and equipment utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support capacity planning activities to ensure alignment with production requirements and business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs that enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support new product introductions, process transfers, and industrialization projects.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities to address operational and quality issues.
• Develop and monitor key manufacturing performance indicators and recommend improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within manufacturing operations.
