Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive process improvements, quality management, data‑driven decisions, and ISO‑compliant initiatives. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Excellence, or similar roles.
  • Experience in automotive, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, or chemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and quality projects.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab, Python, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing processes, systems, and quality performance across the organization.
  • Drive root cause analysis investigations and corrective/preventive action plans to address quality issues and eliminate recurring problems.
  • Support and coordinate internal and external ISO audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze quality and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and standardization initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization through digital tools and data analysis, including Python-based solutions when applicable.
  • Monitor key quality metrics and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.

Job description

Join us as a Senior Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer, where you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence through process improvement, quality management, data-driven decision making, and compliance with international quality standards. In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support ISO audit programs, analyze quality data, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

What will you do?

  • Continuous Improvement (Advanced): Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Quality Management Systems (Advanced): Experience working with ISO standards, audits, corrective actions, and quality compliance.
  • Root Cause Analysis (Advanced): Expertise using structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA.
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation (Advanced): Ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
  • Statistical Analysis (Intermediate-Advanced): Use of statistical tools to validate improvements and measure performance.
  • Python & Data Analytics (Intermediate): Ability to automate reports, analyze large datasets, and improve operational visibility.
  • Communication Skills (Advanced): Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management (Advanced): Influence and align cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Accountability & Ownership (Advanced): Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results.
  • Project Management (Intermediate): Ability to lead multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously.
