Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Program Manager to scale coaching tools and support reporting automation across regions. You will own pilots, drive rollout and adoption, track impact with dashboards, and partner with Coaching, Quality, and Analytics to embed new practices.

You will manage end-to-end pilots, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and budgeting are in place as programs scale. Strong collaboration across regions is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or business analysis.
• Experience running pilots or end-to-end rollouts with measurable impact.
• Knowledge of contact center or customer experience operations and related metrics.
• Strong organizational discipline with trackers, logs, and proactive follow-up.
• Comfort with data and dashboards; ability to partner with analysts to interpret results.
• Clear written and verbal communication; concise status updates and escalations.
• Experience working across regions with distributed stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of pilots and rollout across regions; transition from pilot to full-scale deployment.
• Drive adoption by partnering with regional leads and Team Leaders; address blockers and gather feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Coaching, Quality, Analytics) to align scope, timelines, and readiness criteria.
• Develop enablement materials (training, job aids, communications) for effective tool use.
• Define and monitor adoption and impact metrics; report progress to stakeholders.
• Support governance forums; help maintain alignment between regional and central priorities.
• Track budgets and resources; update business cases as programs scale.
