Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Program Manager to drive the scaling and adoption of Team Leader enablement tools—Coaching Copilot, Coach Score, and Coach Trainer—and to support the Reporting Automation workstream across the organization.

This role owns execution: coordinating pilots, driving rollout and adoption across regions, tracking impact through data and dashboards, and partnering closely with Coaching, Quality, and Analytics stakeholders to ensure new tools and reporting standards are

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program/project management, operations, or business analysis.
• Experience running pilots or rollouts end to end with measurement and scale decisions.
• Familiarity with customer experience or coaching environments and related metrics.
• Strong organizational discipline with trackers, logs, status reporting and proactive follow-up.
• Comfort with data, dashboards, and collaborating with analysts to interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Pilot & Rollout Execution: Own end-to-end pilots for Coaching Copilot, Coach Score, and Agent Trainer, scaling regionally.
• Adoption Management: Drive tool adoption, address blockers, and gather feedback for iteration.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Align on scope, timelines, and readiness with design, quality, and engineering teams.
• Enablement Materials: Develop training, job aids, and communications for effective tool use.
• Performance Tracking: Define adoption and impact metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Automation Support: Coordinate requirements gathering and rollout of automated dashboards and reports.
