Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead

As part of a pan-European transformation programme, my client is currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead on a Permanent basis. This is a key role which demands a blend of Business & Technical Solution Expertise, Strategic Process Implementation and Stakeholder Management.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including SAP & Digital in order to successfully architect the SuccessFactors solutions in line with my client’s transformation goals. The role is fully hybrid with a choice of 3 locations in Germany, Poland or Portugal as the "Home Base" - travel will be regular and required, however relocation is not fully necessary.

Core Skills Required

• Proven track record with SAP SuccessFactors with a portfolio of successful implementations.
• Deep knowledge of various SAP SuccessFactors including EC, LM, Payroll, etc.
• Strong understanding of HR Processes & Best Practices and how these align within a global Transformation Programme.
• Outstanding Communication and Stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Key Deliverables

• Initial Analysis of Existing HRIS Processes & Solutions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Design, Implementation & Rollout of dedicated SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with core Business Requirements.
• Lead the various SuccessFactors module implementations including Team Coordination both in-house/3rd party vendors.
• Lead & Conduct Workshops, Facilitate knowledge transfer and Training Sessions.
• Participate in Risk Management proposing and implementing mitigations as necessary.

Education & Background

• Degree or Equivalent within IT or HR.
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors across the main Modules preferred.
• Agile/SCRUM Methodology Training or Certifications.
• Fluent in English for Business + any other European language, preferably German.
• Experience in large multinational companies.
