Unknown company in Barcelona is seeking a P&C Specialist - Projects & Data Analysis to support global P&C digitalisation initiatives and improve HR applications, processes and reporting.

The role involves coordinating global HR digitalisation projects, enhancing SuccessFactors usage, and developing HR dashboards and reports. Fluency in English is required, with German a plus; experience in international deployments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional background in People & Culture / HR or IT.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across several modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics and Compensation & Variable Pay.
• Experience working in an international environment, ideally with global SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required; German would be an advantage.
• A structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with an interest in HR technology and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
