Qualifications

• Experience in large multinational companies is preferred.
• Fluent in English for Business and preferably German.

Responsibilities

• Initial Analysis of Existing HRIS Processes to define project scope.
• Design, Implementation & Rollout of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Lead various SuccessFactors module implementations and team coordination.
• Conduct Workshops and Training Sessions.
• Participate in Risk Management and mitigations.

Skills

Proven track record with SAP SuccessFactors

Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules

Outstanding Communication skills

Stakeholder management

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Education

Degree or Equivalent within IT or HR

Certified in SAP SuccessFactors

Agile/SCRUM Methodology Training
