About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite, particularly SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other enterprise systems. This role requires hands‑on experience with Employee Central replication, OData APIs, and Compound Employee APIs.

We are looking for a technically strong professional who can work independently, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and ensure seamless data exchange across SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

• Implement and support integrations involving SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Configure and manage Employee Central data replication between SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems.

• Develop and maintain integrations using OData APIs and Compound Employee APIs.

• Analyze integration requirements and translate business needs into technical integration solutions.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures and data synchronization issues.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across integrated SAP systems.

• Perform integration testing, validation, and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

• Maintain technical documentation, integration mappings, and support procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, with strong hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors integration expertise.

• Strong experience with SAP Integration and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

• Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

• Strong understanding and practical experience with Employee Central Replication.

• Experience developing and managing integrations using OData APIs.

• Hands‑on experience with Compound Employee API.

• Strong understanding of SAP integration concepts, data flows, and integration architecture.

• Experience in integration troubleshooting, monitoring, and error handling.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.

• Knowledge of SAP Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and SAP Time Management.

• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HCM systems.

• Familiarity with SAP HR data structures and employee data replication processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a senior SAP integration specialist with deep technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP CPI. You should have proven experience building and supporting complex integrations, particularly employee data replication using OData and Compound Employee APIs.
