Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP CPI and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong replication and API integration experience (OData, Compound Employee APIs).
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex integrations.
• Good collaboration with functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using CPI.
• Implement and support integrations involving SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Configure and manage data replication between SuccessFactors and connected systems.
• Develop integrations using OData and Compound Employee APIs.
• Analyze requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures and data sync issues.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across SAP systems.
• Perform integration testing, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain technical docs.
