Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a S/4HANA Finance Consultant to design and support the migration and implementation of SAP modules, especially for ECC migration to SAP S/4HANA. You will configure systems, assess process gaps, and provide technical and functional specifications for the delta design and conversion tools.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to travel for onshore engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI/CO) and related processes.
• Experience as a Finance functional consultant in SAP ERP is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for onshore engagements as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, especially for S/4HANA conversions.
• Assess gaps between current processes and SAP S/4HANA design; propose delta design options.
• Develop functional and technical specs for delta design and conversion tools.
• Configure and enable SAP S/4HANA conversion and related processes.
• Lead testing and resolve defects related to SAP S/4HANA conversions.

S/4HANA Finance Consultant

As a S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you will be the part of our team of experts responsible for creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and functional support around SAP modules, particularly for ECC Migration or conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA. You will also be in charge of the configuration and functions for any of the following areas:

• General Accounting
• Controlling
• Product Costing
• Asset Accounting & Project Systems
• Financial Supply Chain Management
• Treasury & Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, particularly for conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module vs. the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA, and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.
• Provide technology consulting expertise and develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design, and for tools to support the SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Execute the necessary system configuration to enable to SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of SAP S/4HANA conversions.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• 2+ Years of Experience in SAP ERP as Finance functional consultant is an advantage
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of record to report
• Must demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, etc.).
• Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions
• ECC Practitioners will be given upskilling training, to be job ready for S/4HANA implementations
• Willing to travel for possible onshore requirements
