Deloitte Southeast Asia in Manila, PH, seeks an experienced SAP EC Payroll Consultant to join the Delivery Center. You will design, implement, and deploy EC Payroll cloud solutions aligned with our HRIMS transformation program, ensuring business needs translate into technical solutions.

With 4-5 years in SAP HR/Payroll, you’ll bridge business and technology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current on certifications. Hybrid work and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP HR and Payroll.
• Expertise in solution design within the SAP HR/Payroll landscape.
• Strong functional knowledge complemented by technical skills, bridging business and technology.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Experience planning, monitoring, and controlling SAP technical teams; remote/offshore work a plus.
• Certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll highly desirable.
• Knowledge of People Analytics, BTP landscape, and integrations.
• Familiar with AUS and NZ Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Configure time and leave management systems, including integration with third-party rostering systems.
• Integrate Payroll posting journals with Finance systems effectively.
• Configure schemas and rules in accordance with the service catalog.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring timely solutions.
• Guide the team in their functional areas to meet business requirements.
• Contribute to weekly reporting for the Payroll team.
• Ensure compliance with project tasks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members as needed.
• Exhibit flexibility in taking on a diverse range of responsibilities.

An experienced SAP EC Payroll Consultant design, implement, and deploy EC Payroll cloud solutions that align with our HRIMS transformation program's business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in SAP HR/Payroll, ensuring effective collaboration between business needs and technological solutions.

As our EC Payroll Functional Consultant, you’ll lead and manage functional and technical teams to configure and build solutions based on approved designs. Key responsibilities include:
