Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia in Manila seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive SAP-led transformations for manufacturing clients. You will lead architecture, design and delivery, engaging senior client leadership and guiding delivery teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

With 10+ years in SAP-led programs and strong leadership, you will mentor teams, shape account development, and ensure high-quality results across multiple modules and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Overall PP Lead - SAP implementation with at least 5 years in managerial level in leading projects across all modules.

Responsibilities

• Drive vision and blueprint for target state business and solution architecture.
• Take accountability for design and execution excellence.
• Provide thought leadership and be recognized as the design authority in your domains.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Overall PP Lead - SAP implementation with at least 5 years in managerial level in leading projects across all modules
• You will be a recognized leader and have in-depth regional market knowledge
• Deep and wide experience in SAP led transformation programs in manufacturing industries
• Broad understanding and appreciation of emerging business and technology paradigms
• Demonstrated ability to engage client leadership and management on a range of issues
• A self-motivated individual with ability to chart his/ her route to success
• Ability to provide situational leadership to engagement teams, and coaching/ mentorship to team members.

• Willingness to work outside of office base and most of all.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignments.
