Deloitte Philippines Delivery Center, a part of Deloitte Southeast Asia, is seeking a Workday Absence Consultant to join our HR Strategy & Technology practice in Manila. You will deliver specialized Workday Absence knowledge, gather requirements, design and prototype solutions, test implementations, and guide clients on best practices to ensure successful delivery.

You will work within a hybrid setup, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to delivery assurance while exploring innovative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in Workday Absence Solution.
• Hands-on experience in Workday Implementation project.
• Current active Workday Absence Certification.
• Prior consulting experience with a consulting/software company.

Responsibilities

• Offer specialized knowledge in the Workday Absence suite.
• Gather business requirements, design, prototype, test, and implement Workday solutions.
• Guide clients in adopting Workday best practices.
• Perform Workday Delivery Assurance.
• Innovate and deploy new Workday approaches and tools for efficiency.

Work you will do

• Offer specialized knowledge in the Workday Absence suite.


• Support gathering of business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing Workday solutions to meet client requirements


• Guide clients in adopting Workday best practices


• Perform Workday Delivery Assurance


• Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively


• Confirm that functional solutions align with downstream data translation requirements, and support integrators in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and external systems.


• Deliver insightful status reports to project managers, highlighting project risks and improvements in client adoption.


• Champion and actively disseminate product knowledge to foster growth within practice.
