Job summary

Flexso Philippines is seeking an SAP Consultant with 6+ years of SuccessFactors experience, mainly Employee Central, and strong CPI integration skills. You will design, configure, and support SAP solutions for diverse clients, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee smooth communication between complex business processes, cloud applications, systems, and parties.
• Translate customers’ business requirements into technical logic while prioritizing performance, data quality, and security.
• Use SAP technologies (Process Orchestration, BTP Integration, Enterprise Messaging, API Management) to ensure successful integrations.

Role Overview

As a SAP Consultant at Flexso Philippines, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting SAP solutions for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with project teams to understand business requirements, design and configure SAP systems, and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee smooth communication between complex business processes, cloud applications, systems, and parties.
• Smoothly translate our customers’ business requirements into technical logic without losing sight of performance, data quality or security
• Use the latest SAP technologies, such as Process Orchestration, BTP Integration, Enterprise Messaging and API Management, to make each integration a success

• Stay updated on the latest SAP developments and best practices.
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a SuccessFactors consultant (in support)

- has experience mainly with employee central

• Coordination skills: strong communication, taking the lead, aligning with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive follow-up of dependencies and actions, structured and organized way of working
• Able to independently manage own work + integration work / sub-projects
• Comfortable in participating in meetings
• You’re professional, customer friendly and strive for top quality.
• You communicate clearly and build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients.
• You’re a team player and believe in the value of knowledge sharing.
• Your spoken English is excellent.
