Job summary

Inchcape Philippines is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant (EC, Time, LMS) to join the APAC People Services team in a hybrid, permanent role. You will lead complex reporting, data analysis, and system integration projects across the Asia Pacific region, driving data-driven decisions for workforce planning and employee experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive SuccessFactors experience in regional/global org.
Certified in SuccessFactors EC; able to troubleshoot and support modules like RCM, ONB, Time Off, Time Sheet, LMS.
Strong Excel and advanced analytics proficiency.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for SuccessFactors troubleshooting, data extraction and reporting.
Lead data mapping, validation, and reconciliation for HR system integrations & migrations.
Manage reporting-focused projects from requirements to timelines and stakeholders.
Champion data governance and APAC privacy compliance.
Design and maintain complex HR reports and dashboards across multiple sources.
Conduct deep-dive data analysis and present insights to senior leadership.
Provide training and mentorship on reporting tools.
