Qualifications

Role Description :

The SAP Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Calamba. This role supports core manufacturing and plant operations by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing SAP modules, with a primary focus on Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.

The SAP Specialist will analyze business requirements, translate them into effective SAP solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure system changes align with operational needs and cross-functional integrations (e.g., MM, QM).

Qualifications :

• College Graduate preferably BS Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management
• With at least 2 years hands‑on experience in SAP ECC, specifically Production Planning and Plant Maintenance Modules
• Must have advance proficiency in MS Excel and Data Analysis
• Fluent in both Filipino and English, verbal and written
• Experience with S4HANA is a plus
• Experience in FMCG Manufacturing is a plus
• Experience in Dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query) is a plus
