Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is seeking a SAP Team Leader in Pagbilao, Quezon. The role encodes and analyzes transactions across FTS-PP, PTP and OTC to meet production and supply demands.

You will lead SAP-driven processes, ensure quality and safety, and support continuous improvement in a farming and food-related setting. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years SAP experience in a food industry, a 4-year degree, and strong communication and leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Proficient in SAP with 2-3 years experience in FTS-PP, PTP and OTC.
• Knowledge of GMP, SSOP, HACCP and general Quality & Food Safety systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Encodes and analyzes transactions from FTS-PP, PTP and OTC.
• Performs Manufacturing Execution: Production Order release, confirmation, and completion.
• Monitors stock postings and movements; checks stock levels.
• Generates SAP reports periodically or on demand.
• Ensures health and safety compliance for self and team.
• Undertakes special projects or studies as requested by the company.

SMC-IFSI is engaged in the management, operation, and maintenance of farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, fishpond, storage and various facilities and equipment for breeding, hatching, raising, growing, production, slaughter and / or processing of poultry. Fowls, hogs, livestock and other kinds of animals and foodstuffs and other activities allied or incidental thereto such as but not limited to animal feeds, nutrition, and healthcare.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• At least 2-3 years experience in SAP (At least 2 SAP Modules such as Forecast-To-Stock Production Planning, Procure -To-Pay and Order-To-Cash) in a food industry.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge in Quality and Food Safety Management System, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, Corporate Environmental, Safety and Health Policy and Preventive Maintenance.
• Knowledge in System Application and Products (SAP) modules (FTS-PP, PTP and OTC).
• Good Communication skills both oral and written.
• Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills.

Job Description:

The Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Team Leader encodes and analyzes all transactions from Forecast To-Stock Production Planning (FTS-PP), Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order-To-Cash (OTC) while meeting operational needs, priorities, and deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs Manufacturing Execution:
  • Production Order release.
  • Production confirmation.
  • Performs completion.
• Checks and analyzes postings in Production Order:
  • Documented goods movement.
  • Good Receipt - Good Issue Variances.
  • Stock Overview.
• Monitors incoming and outgoing stocks.
  • Displays stock in transit (Inbound and Outbound)
• Performs Plant -To-Plant transfer
  • Stock transfer order creation.
  • Shipment Creation.
  • Picking o Post Goods Issue.
• Monitors Stock Movement.
  • Material Document List o Stock overview.
• Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment Processing
  • Delivery Order creation.
  • Billing creation
• Analyzes and generate SAP reports periodically or as needed.
• Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.
• Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.
• Undertakes special projects or technical studies as requested by San Miguel Foods Inc.
