Job summary

Lennor Group in the Philippines seeks a SAP MM Specialist to guide the technical vision for SAP MM/WM and S/4 implementations, overseeing design and configuration to optimize inventory workflows and align with business goals.

Ideal candidates have SAP MM/IM and WM expertise, S/4 brownfield or greenfield experience, and a proven record in end-to-end deployments. Hybrid work, 3 days WFH and 2 days onsite in BGC/Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP MM IM & WM experience
• S/4HANA implementation experience (brownfield/greenfield) for SAP IM and WM
• 2+ end-to-end SAP implementations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management in ERP
• Translate complex business needs into tech solutions
• SAP module design/config for inventory/workflow
• Familiar with data analysis and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and collaborate with teams and client IT/business contacts.
• Engage with SAP and non-SAP teams and contribute to decisions.
• Provide cross-team solutions to problems.
• Coordinate with team to meet milestones.

About The Role
The role involves guiding the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role includes overseeing the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with business goals, while fostering an environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Must be a SME and can work collaboratively with teammates and other teams and with the client IT and business contacts.
• Engage with multiple SAP and non-SAP teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Adhere to the Company's continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.
  

Required Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management and Warehouse Management.
• Must have experience in S/4 implementation (brownfield or greenfield) for SAP IM and WM.
• Must have participated in at least 2 end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Must have strong knowledge of inventory management processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Should be able to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Must have expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing SAP modules to optimize inventory workflows and warehouse management.
• Must be familiar with data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
