Job summary

Lennor Group in the Philippines is seeking a skilled SAP MM Specialist to guide the technical vision and architecture for SAP Inventory and Warehouse modules. You will oversee design, configuration, and implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business goals and drive quality and scalability.

The role requires leading end-to-end SAP IM/WM projects, strong data analysis, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management and Warehouse Management.
• Experience in S/4 implementation (brownfield or greenfield) for SAP IM and WM.
• Participation in at least 2 end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and ERP integration.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience designing, configuring, and customizing SAP modules for inventory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Be a SME and collaborate with teammates, client IT, and business contacts.
• Engage with SAP and non-SAP teams to influence key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for teams and across multiple groups.
• Communicate and coordinate to meet project milestones.

Job Title: SAP MM Specialist

Industry: BPO

Salary Range: ₱200,000 - ₱250,000

Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift or Mid Shift

About the Role:

The role involves guiding the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role includes overseeing the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with business goals, while fostering an environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be a SME and can work collaboratively with teammates and other teams and with the client IT and business contacts.
• Engage with multiple SAP and non-SAP teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Adhere to the Company's continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have 5 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management and Warehouse Management.
• Must have experience in S/4 implementation (brownfield or greenfield) for SAP IM and WM.
• Must have participated in at least 2 end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Must have strong knowledge of inventory management processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Should be able to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Must have expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing SAP modules to optimize inventory workflows and warehouse management.
• Must be familiar with data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making and operational
  efficiency.
