Job summary

Thakral One in the Philippines is seeking a SAP P2M Functional Consultant with extensive production planning experience to lead requirements gathering and design for SAP solutions. You will drive SAP configurations for MRP, BOMs, routings, and production orders, working closely with factory teams in Cebu.

The role emphasizes hands-on SAP PP/S2M knowledge, strong collaboration and stakeholder management, and will support go-live and stabilisation activities on-site in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• SAP implementation experience, preferably including S/4HANA.
• Experience with factory, manufacturing, or production users is highly preferred.

Job description

As an SAP P2M Functional Consultant, you will support an SAP implementation within a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with production and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will lead workshops, design and configure production processes, and provide functional expertise from design through go‑live and stabilisation.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Requirements Gathering & Process Design

• Lead and facilitate requirements sessions and workshops for manufacturing operations.
• Analyse existing production processes and translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions.
• Drive process alignment across MRP, production planning, production orders, BOMs, routings, work centres, and capacity planning.

SAP Configuration & Integration

• Support design and configuration of SAP production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure integration between production planning, materials management, inventory, and other SAP modules.
• Prepare clear functional specifications and process documentation for delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation activities.
• Assist with master data migration, cutover planning, and go‑live readiness.
• Provide functional expertise during implementation and post‑go‑live stabilisation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with factory and operations teams onsite in Cebu.
• Partner with regional project stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery success.

Experience

• You have 10+ years of SAP experience.
• You have SAP implementation experience, preferably including S/4HANA.
• You have worked directly with factory, manufacturing, or production users (highly preferred).

Technical Expertise

• You have strong hands‑on functional experience in SAP P2M / SAP PP / Production Planning.
• You understand manufacturing and production processes deeply.
• You are experienced with MRP, production orders, BOMs, routings, and related SAP manufacturing functionality.

Ways of Working

• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are willing and able to work primarily onsite in Lapu‑Lapu City, Cebu.
• Work Setup: Primarily Onsite (Hybrid may be considered)
• Contract Duration: 6 months, with possible 3‑month extension
