Job summary

Monde Nissin Corporation is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management to drive MM/WM projects including upgrades to S4/HANA. You will gather requirements, design and test modules, and provide ABAP-based reporting solutions.

The role demands strong communication, ownership, and ability to adapt to deadlines and change. Prior experience with MM/WM and cross-module exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Business or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on MM and WM development and delivery experience.
• At least 2 full MM/WM implementations; exposure to other SAP modules is a plus.
• Experience in project and operational support environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

• Participates in SAP MM/WM project implementations and upgrades.

Job description

Senior Functional Analyst SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management (SAP MM-WM):

Critical Work Responsibilities:

• Participates in project implementation (e.g. System Roll outs, upgrade to S4/HANA, small or big scale enhancement requests) providing expertise in SAP MM and WM modules
• Facilitates requirements gathering workshops/discussions and assess, challenge, and document the business requirements
• Provides system solutions, along with identifying, validating, and interpreting business needs and requirements
• Responsible for designing, customizing, configuring, and testing modules of MM and WM particularly for change requests and enhancement projects
• Develops program/functional specifications on ABAP enabled reports or programs, and spearheads in thorough testing prior to handing over to end-users for UAT
• Provides application maintenance support, taking care of concerns and errors encountered by end-users; doing the necessary analysis and investigation and finding/applying permanent or workaround solutions.
• Performs functional testing to validate that system changes and/or enhancements are aligned to functional/business requirements as well as carry out integration testing to ensure no functionality gets broken or impacted upon deployment to production environment
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining required documentation, including, but not limited to functional specification documentation, business procedures, quick reference guides and user manuals
• Prepares company-specific training and training materials related to MM and WM modules and conducts classroom or virtual training to end-users
• Prepares workflow to ensure that projects can be completed within defined scope, budget and time
• Comes up with innovative solutions of high value and impact to the organization

Job, Skills and Competencies Requirements

• College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Business Studies/Administration/Management or a related discipline
• 4+ years hands-on experience on MM and WM development works, delivery of architecture and solution design, with at least 2 full cycle MM and WM implementation
• Working knowledge on other SAP modules (e.g. Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, etc.) would be a big plus
• Experience on project and operational support environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as customer service skills
• Experience and/or exposure to SAP S/4 HANA is a plus
• Able to take ownership of assignments and provide workable solutions
• Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
• Project management experience is preferred but is not strictly required
