Job summary

Rolling Arrays seeks a Senior HRIS Delivery Lead to own end-to-end module delivery, run client workshops, and drive solution architecture decisions. You will mentor junior talent and ensure project quality, timeliness, and mandatory team leadership accountability.

You will manage full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors implementations, design cross-module integration workflows, engage senior stakeholders, and guide teams through complex configurations while maintaining governance and milestone

Qualifications

• Led at least 5 end-to-end HRIS implementations with strong leadership.
• Demonstrated client management and cross-functional guidance.
• Proven ability to design and enforce QA standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of HRIS implementations from initiation through go-live and support.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

KEY TASKS:

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities
• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization
• Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively
• Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + SKILLS)

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• 7-10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability
