Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HRIS Program Lead to own end-to-end module delivery, run client workshops and drive solution architecture decisions. You will mentor junior consultants and ensure project quality and timely delivery, with mandatory team leadership accountability.

The role requires SAP SuccessFactors certification, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across client engagements and complex HRIS deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 7-10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities
• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization
• Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively
• Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback
