Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an HRIS Implementation professional to independently deliver configurations, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise. The role covers requirements gathering, design, configuration, data migration, UAT, training, and post-go-live support across HRIS modules.

Key competencies include strong communication, problem solving, and self-management, with SAP SuccessFactors certification as a required credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of HRIS implementation/support experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
