Job summary

IGO TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced SAP SD Sales Order Management professional to lead and support S/4HANA implementations. You will bring hands-on SAP SD configuration, strong knowledge of O2C processes, and a track record of at least two full SAP S/4HANA projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into SAP solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive delivery quality while ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP SD / Sales Order Management experience.
• Hands-on SAP SD with S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Experience with at least 2 full SAP S/4HANA implementations in SD.
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing and O2C.
• Able to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Sales Order Management professional with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate has completed at least 2 full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in Sales and Distribution and has strong knowledge of sales order processing, business process integration, and SAP SD configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SD Sales Order Management.
• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution implementations.
• Configure and customize SAP SD solutions based on business requirements.
• Manage and support sales order processing workflows within SAP.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales order management and SAP SD processes.
• Ensure proper data flow and integration between SAP SD and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on business and technical decisions.
• Provide functional guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to improve delivery timelines and solution quality.

About you

• 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP SD / Sales Order Management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP SD Sales Order Management.
• Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution.
• Successfully completed at least 2 full‑cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing and order‑to‑cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience configuring and customizing SAP SD based on business requirements.
