Job summary

Strada SAP HCM/Payroll Junior Associate is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, reviewing the proposed solution architecture, and supporting implementation activities to deliver optimal SAP HCM payroll solutions. The role spans the complete application lifecycle, including design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS is required.
Experience with SAP HCM and Payroll is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze, prioritize, and document customer requirements for SAP HCM and Payroll.
Review solution architecture to ensure alignment with client requirements and SAP best practices.
Design and configure SAP HCM modules including Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), OM, and PA.
Participate in the full implementation lifecycle including design, configuration, programming, testing, deployment, and support.
Configure Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and Infotypes according to business requirements.
Develop error-free, maintainable configurations and code following development standards.
Perform integrated testing and ensure system stability.
