Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree aligned with position requirements.
• 1–2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment.
• HRIS knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support Payroll to meet processing calendars and KPIs.
• Advise on client queries/issues and ensure understanding of country-specific legislation.
• Ensure Data Management is performed accurately and on time.
• Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
• Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and update them as needed.
• Proficient in using systems and tools.
• Maintain Strada security standards and confidentiality.
