Role

SAP HCM Technical Integrations

Responsibilities

• Analyse and propose solutions for requirements received from clients and other functional consultants
• Develop, document, and deliver solutions with utmost quality adhering to our best practices
• Actively participate in the entire life cycle of SAP HCM implementations, from design and estimation to development, documentation, testing, and ownership
• Configuration knowledge and consulting skills for SAP payroll
• Act as a cross‑functional liaison between HR Ops, IT, and clients to deliver scalable, business‑aligned payroll solutions
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires deep understanding of payroll processes, configuration, and compliance, and ability to lead and support payroll optimization initiatives

Requirements

• Experience with SAP HCM data uploads using LSMW or BDC
• Minimum 5+ years in SAP and Payroll
• Knowledge of BSI TaxFactory and preparation of year‑end tax forms
• Experience with integration of ECP with other SAP modules
• Work with the business to understand their needs and coach them on appropriate solutions while working with technical support to drive efficient technical solution design
• Willing to work in US Hours Shift

Education & Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
