You will review architectures, configure modules, and troubleshoot complex payroll issues across Development, Testing, and Production environments. The role emphasizes documenting requirements, maintaining configurations, and guiding team members to ensure accurate payroll processing and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Current and future work authorization in the country of application, without need for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document customer requirements for SAP HCM and Payroll.
• Review solution architecture to align with client requirements and SAP best practices.
• Design and configure SAP HCM modules including Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), OM, and PA.
• Participate in full implementation lifecycle from design to support.
• Configure Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and Infotypes.
• Develop maintainable configurations and code per standards.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Provide technical guidance to project team members.
• Maintain payroll documentation and system diagrams.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements.
