Role Overview
The SAP HCM / Payroll Junior Associate is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, reviewing the proposed solution architecture, and supporting implementation activities to deliver optimal SAP HCM payroll solutions. The role involves participation in the full application implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and production support. It also includes troubleshooting complex payroll issues, providing technical support, and ensuring continuous improvement of payroll processes and system performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, prioritize, and document customer requirements for SAP HCM and Payroll solutions.
- Review solution architecture to ensure alignment with client requirements and SAP best practices.
- Design and configure SAP HCM modules including Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA).
- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle: design, configuration, programming, testing, deployment, and support.
- Implement and maintain solutions across Development, Testing, and Production environments.
- Configure Payroll Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Wage Types, and Infotypes.
- Develop error‑free, maintainable configurations and code following organizational development standards.
- Perform Integrated Testing of complex payroll applications and ensure system stability and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot complex payroll processing issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Provide technical guidance and support to other project team members.
- Maintain payroll documentation, system configurations, and application flow diagrams.
- Ensure optimal application performance and identify opportunities for system improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Current and future work authorization in the country of application, without the need for visa sponsorship.
