The SAP HCM / Payroll Junior Associate is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, reviewing the proposed solution architecture, and supporting implementation activities to deliver optimal SAP HCM payroll solutions. The role involves participation in the complete application implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and production support. The consultant ensures solutions align with standard SAP functionality, meet client requirements, and maintain high system performance.
The role also involves troubleshooting complex payroll issues, providing technical support, and ensuring continuous improvement of payroll processes and system performance.
