SAP SE in Pasig City, Philippines, seeks an HR Payroll specialist (temporary, up to 6 months) to support payroll processing for all entities in the Philippines. You will work on local and global projects, optimise systems, services and processes, under guidance of senior payroll specialists.
The role requires at least 3 years in HR/administration with payroll knowledge, familiarity with SAP HCM, and strong English. MS Office skills are a plus.

As HR Payroll specialist (f/m/d), your primary duty will be to aid in the payroll processing for all entities across Philippines. Your role will be extensive in both global and local projects, helping to enhance our systems, services, and processes.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Leadershp and/or management experience is a plus
A minimum of 3 year of work experience in administration or HR as well as a university degree or a comparable level of education/experience in Payroll Accounting, Business or Human Resources Administration.
Adequate knowledge of Philippines payroll law, practices, and procedures. KnowsSEA payroll is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP payroll system knowledge (HCM).
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Experience working in an HR customer-oriented environment is beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
