MicroSourcing is seeking a Group Learning Systems Administrator in Parañaque City, Philippines to manage day-to-day LMS operations, governance, and reporting. The role requires 5+ years of LMS experience, with SAP expertise and strong data/reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience producing reports and working with data.
• Strong customer service or support background with ability to troubleshoot.
• High-level administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day LMS operations, including user accounts, roles, and course assignments, plus content management.
• Maintain LMS governance, data integrity, and taxonomy; conduct routine audits of learning records.
• Generate standard and ad hoc compliance reports, dashboards, and completion metrics for stakeholders.
• Resolve user queries and system issues as the first contact; monitor tickets and shared inbox.
• Collaborate with LMS vendors, test upgrades, and identify automation opportunities.
