Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Group Learning Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day LMS operations on-site in Parañaque City, Philippines, with a dayshift schedule.

You will govern LMS data, run audits, generate compliance reports and dashboards, handle user queries, and collaborate with SAP LMS vendors on upgrades and automation. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of LMS administration experience, specifically SAP, and strong data reporting and customer-service skills.

Your Role

As a Group Learning Systems Administrator, you will:

• Administer day-to-day LMS operations, including user accounts, role permissions, course assignments, and the end-to-end management of learning content.
• Maintain strict LMS governance standards, data integrity, and taxonomy structures while conducting routine audits of learning records.
• Generate standard and ad hoc compliance reports, dashboards, and completion metrics for stakeholders and audit readiness.
• Resolve user queries and system issues as the first point of contact, while regularly monitoring the learning service tickets and shared inbox.
• Collaborate with LMS vendors, participate in system testing for upgrades, and identify opportunities to automate administration processes.
  
  

What You Need: Non-negotiables

• At least 5+ years of experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS), specifically SAP.
• Strong experience in producing reports, working with data, and performing routine data quality checks.
• Proven track record in a customer service or support role with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve administrative problems.
• High-level administrative and organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Completed qualifications or a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience developing and maintaining LMS user guides, quick reference materials, and FAQs.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience participating in system testing following software or platform upgrades.
• Knowledge of learning compliance frameworks and managing mandatory training certification cycles.
